No. The address bar cannot show anything other then the URL of the page the user is visiting.

Thieves would love to be able to have webpages on http://www.givemeyourmoney.scam that look like they are http://www.your.bank/
 
...page loads (in html, java, etc)? When a page opens in ie, firefox, etc. is there a way to have the text in the address bar (what was the url) change? (Using html, java, etc.)
