Is there a way to bluetooth pictures from your computer to your phone?

I just got the samsung rogue and the usb port..but when I plug it in it doesnt get recoginzed so I cant send pictures from my folders to it. Anyone have any other ideas?

Bluetooth is a wireless technology. If both the phone and computer support bluetooth then you can browse/send files on the phone from your computer. You may need to pair the phone with your computer before you can send/browse.

Connecting the phone via a USB port will likely require additional software, which can usually be found on the manufacturers website.
 
Try to have a memory card reader instead. Then put your memory card of your phone to the reader then insert it to the USB slot. When transferring pictures from PC to CP via bluetooth, Pc need a bluetooth device and its installer available at electronics stores. And it is very long process of sending when using bluetooth.
