...life or death situation? My husband filed an I30 for me on September 2010. I had to leave the United States (to re enter legally as my lawyer said). I came to where I am from which is Mexico. I was raised in the U.S since I left Mexico when I was 2 yrs old. It is now, 16 yrs later that I come back to Mexico and I am terrified of it. I have only been here a month and a half and things seem to get worst and worst due to drug traffickers and kidnappers. I can not turn on the Tv without hearing something worst has happened worst of all near where I live. It is so terrible I have had what I had never experienced before which are anxiety attacks. I got to the point on going to the hospital due to that. Due to everything that is going on where I am currently living is that I fear for my life. People here think I am a U.S citizen and that is terrible because the worst can happen. My worst fear is that they will kidnap me thinking I am rich since I come from the U.S. What can I do? I am terrified and I don't know if I will be back alive when USCIS approves my case and the anxiety attacks are not helping. What can I do to get out of Mexico as soon as possible? Should I ask my lawyer? Can USCIS help me in any way? What can I do? Thank you so much in advance, any answers or comments will be appreciated.
