Is there a way I can transfer movies from Windows Media Player to Itunes?

I just bought a iphone and I wanna watch them with itunes. The problem is that most of the movies I downloaded using Frostwire are Windows Format. Is there a way I can Transfer them to Itunes. Thanks!
