Is there a way i can let someone access a .html file on my computer using their browser?
I am building a website and i'd like to show them without signing up for a host or sending the file to them. Is this possible? thanks
 
No.

If they view the html file, it means it's loaded in their browser - so they have possession of it and can save it.

You can try simply using screenshots, however.
