Is there a way i can get the PUK code for my Nokia E63?

I have always had a pin lock on my phone for when you turn it on.
but my friend recently tried to work it out, but instead he managed to block the pin
and now it is asking for a PUK code..
my dad told me i had to ring vodafone, but i dont know the number?
and is there an easier way then ringing vodafone?
