Is there a version of windows mobile that allows me to *CREATE* documents?

I've been looking all over, and every single cell phone that has Windows Mobile only allows the user to *READ* documents and not create any

Is there a version of Windows Mobile that allows the creation of documents or should I just use Notepad for when I write down messages and lists and things?

My brother has the htc touch and his has the create a document thingy. I use it, lol.

Windows CE comes with WordPad
and MOST versions of Windows Mobile come with Microsoft Word.
Why isn't Microsoft Word on your Windows Mobile?
