I work for a security company and recently I have been placed in charge of dealing with hiring process. Our last few people that were hired did really seemed to be all there in the head and it took more getting them out of the place than it seems they went through to get in. Is there a personality test or pre employment test that would help us determine before we hire someone whether they will become a problem. I'm looking for maybe even a basic psychological test. We can't pay for one due to our company being cheap so if there is a free one anyone knows of.
