Is there a test I could buy for a small lake to see if it is safe to swim or eat

the fish due to farm runoff? I have a lake that is located next to a large corn/soybean field. It is sometimes clear, sometimes brown and murky. I am looking for a test kit to sample the water to see if it is ok for me to eat the fish or swim in this lake.
 
If it is a public lake, ask the county ag agency. If not, go to the ag agency with a sample of the water and they should be able to test it for you.
