Is there a term for being able to draw things, but only when looking at an image or...

...the thing itself? I am relatively creative, but one thing I have never been able to do is draw things accurately from my mind, the way illustrators can. However, if I have a picture of something or can see it directly, I can draw it perfectly and you would think I was an amazing artist, but I am not able to do it from my head. Is there a name for this? For example, if you asked me to draw any celebrity or well-known person, I would not be able to whatsoever; I use stick figures. But if you gave me a picture of them and like an hour with a pencil, I could draw an exact copy with accurate shading and it would look exactly like the picture. But I would only be able to draw that one image; I wouldn't be able to be like, "oh, okay that's what they look like" and draw them with like a different pose or body. I can only copy. Also, do a lot of people do this? I wish I could draw directly from my brain!
