playing guitar? I've had my guitar since I was 18. All these years later I still cannot grasp how, from what I hear, easy it is, to pick specific strings without even looking.
Is there some kind of learning technique used to help you with this?
People have told me before in the past, relax your hand, dont hold the pick really tight, etc.
When I play, I will usually lay the ball of my hand below the bridge, and play that way to pick strings, but as far as picking individual strings go, I have no clue how to tell what string it is I would be playing if I didn't look. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
