I'm looking to dye my hair an unnatural shade of red (like marlboro =p) but would prefer for it to be truly permanent and not demi or semi and need to be reapplied every 3 or 4 washes to keep it vibrant. is there such a dye that will actually dye the hair instead of just staining it? thx
