Is there a solutions manual for "Theory of Interest" by S.Kellison's book?

I have the second edition of this book which is released in 1991. It seems that a solutions manual for this book was available in 2000. Anyone got it in PDF? or maybe do you know a website where it sells this solutions manual ?
