Is there a site that points out hits and misses on an author's bibliography?

I keep finding authors' lists of published works, but they have no indication as to which ones are the best, or which ones to avoid. I've found some book reviews sites, but they're either not comprehensive of the author's body of work, or not sorted out by author.
