im in favor of mandatory death sentences for the officers in charge of these botched raids

not drug related, but this one is recent:

This one is from last year:

How about this one? Police raid the wrong house, kill an elderly lady, and then plant evidence to cover it up. Not to mention the evidence used for the warrant was falsified too

Claiming that "involuntary manslaughter" is different from "manslaughter" is like saying "a brown dog" is different from "a dog".

Manslaughter is distinguished from involuntary manslaughter, which are both distinguished from vehicular manslaughter and other types of manslaughter. So too are varying degrees and qualifiers of assault, battery, and murder also distinguished from one another, which are even yet distinguished from mayhem, mutilation, etc. Different charges are used depending on culpability and severity.

I'm not sure why you're carrying on with this. You and I are both in agreement that I know what I'm talking about, and you don't.

You have no fucking clue what you're talking about. Look up the definition of negligence and get back to us.

"Negligence"?

Firing your gun at someone isn't "negligent." No, the word you're looking for is "intentional."

Jesus fucking Christ.

Negligence in the process of obtaining the warrant. Negligence in the process of executing the warrant on the correct premises. You stupid fucking troll.
