...environment humans have created? Is there a relationship between psychological problems and the lack of adaption of modern humans to the unnatural world/lifestyles we have created for ourselves? I read a book called 'Manhood' by Steve Biddulph that attributes many of the social problems males face to the lack of fathering they received, because since the industrial revolution fathers have worked away from home. Biddulph seems to have the wider view that because humans lived as hunter-gatherers for hundreds of thousands of years, we are not well adapted to the 'modern' lifestyle and this is the source of many of our problems. I am interested in psychology, and I was just wondering if there are any recognised theories out there that link psychological problems to the significant changes that have occurred in human society since the dawn of civilization?

Psychological problems are created by humans.Insufficient knowledge is the root cause of all human psychological problems.Social, economic, religious worlds were created by the knowledge to the psyche to the world we live.
