is there a recording software that will record stereo?

i have mixcraft, and i have all my files done, but i don't have a valid keygen. so i need to plug a stereo cable from the headphone jack into my interface and then run my interface into the computer via usb cable and record the song as a whole onto audacity. (i press record on audacity, then press play on mixcraft, thus recording my song over to audacity) the problem is that audacity only records in mono, so even tho i have stuff panned, it all goes through both speakers because audacity won't let me record onto stereo. now for my question, since i have the means to record from mixcraft, is there a software that will take my recordings, and when i record them onto it, the panning will stay there?
