is there a program to convert a NZB file into a ISO?

have you tried dvd flick its a very simple to use program and its free im pretty sure that program will do the trick i use it for dvds and i can make an iso in an hour and a half iv tried alot of programs and it was the eaisiest by far just open the program and drag your file in

i have been looking for a program that can convert a NZB file into a ISO (or maybe a WBFS file) and had no success. is there such a program? the reason why i am asking is that the Sim City Creator JAP WII-SQUARE torrent is bad and i can't find a different way to get to the files and i have found a NZB file.
