IS there a program I can get that will monitor internet activity on my pc?

History / Logs etc? I want to get a program that will keep a log of websites visited on my computer even after the history and cookies have been deleted. Is there anything that can do that? I know that Kaspersky when scan is enabled will keep a log of it but is there any other stand alone program that does it ? Thanks -
