Is there a place to download mp3's that dont charge like limewire anymore?

Ok I no limewire has been canceled and cant be used anymore and I wana no if there are any other places to download free music that dont charge you or ask to sign up and then ask for your money and all that jazz? cause lets face it not everyone can afford to blow $100+ on itunes lol well any info would be appreciated
