they give you a physical like check your joints and stuff (duck walk), it is more or less medical stuff, drug test, height and weight ect. The actual running and what not would be giving by your Army recruiter before you go to basic

You will get a physical test at meps can't remember exactly,but they basically just make sure your ready for basic training. If your thinking a PT test as far as running, sit-ups and push-ups then no you will not do that at meps. You will take a diagnostic PT test when your in processing for basic at what ever post they send you to, that test will just let them and you know where you are at as far as your physical condition.
