Is there a phone that uses MP3 as a ringer?

Is there any phone out that will use MP3's as a ringer? AND let you put them on the phone by USB cable or flash card.

I have sprint right now so a sprint phone that does this would be nice but i don't think there is such a thing yet.
 
There are TONS of phones on the market that let you use mp3 files as ringtones.

As far as sprint phones, I'm not sure. They could have put things in place to block out mp3 ringtones or maybe they didn't
 
I believe qcp files are a sanyo thing, but I'm not sure. All the qcp files I've seen have been for sanyo phones.

I would think the A900 would be able to play mp3 ringtones since it has a built in mp3 player (but again, I don't know if Sprint is the kind of company that would disable it)
