Is there a national hunting/fishing license?

Me and my friends are having a cross country road trip and we want to hunt at other states. we are 18 btw

No such thing this is state by state unless military...then you must ck the state for restrictions and stamps,tags may be needed.

No, licenses are a state-by-state thing. The only exception I know of is for military folks, which I think is a great idea. And be prepared for some pretty expensive non-resident hunting license fees. I know in Texas, a resident hunitng license is $23 but the non-resident fee is $300.

different geographic locations vary somewhat in their open seasons and being an non-resident ---means you may have to purchase a permit that defines you as out of state.The province of Ontario has two weekends designated each year where one can fish without a permit.
