Is there a medicine that will make you faint?

Like is there a medicine that you could overdose on that will make you pass out and you'll be fine in the end? Please mention the name of it if there is. I know it's an odd question, and I am not trying to make myself faint, I'm just curious to see the types of affects some medicines have.
