The reason I ask is because alot of our Marines work shift work and will get off shift in the morning then be required to return to work for any number of reasons (CO/BN PT, classes, formations) during the day and then have to work again for 12 hours over night. The command doesn't seem to care and it just looks like a matter of time before a Marine falls asleep at the wheel while driving to/from one of these events or work.
Is there a Marine Corps Order for allotted hours of sleep in garrison?
