is there a Lunix games ?

hi, i started to hear a lot about lunix and MAC these days.
but when i go to the markets i only see xbox games, playstation games, windows pc games ... i have never seen MAC games or Lunix games !, so what is MAC or Lunix good for if you can't have games with ?! for me gaming is one of the most important things i do in my laptop.
 
It's spelt Linux.

Windows for business and games.
Apple for movie producing and image editing.
Linux for performance and reliability.


EDIT: At the moment, I use Windows Vista Home Premium (prefer Ultimate) and going to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate on October 22nd. And yes, I'm a hardcore gamer myself.

Also, there are some Apple games out there. The only ones I can think of at the moment are The Sims and Warcraft 3


EDIT 2: Mac cannot run all PC games. Though, there are still a lot of stand-alone games sold on the market that are known as the 'Mac Version'.
