All of them are coming with some predefined software and if they (for some reason) don't have any you can get access to their libraries and get them very easy.

I basically want a linux that will run on my old computer and have torrent and emule programs .
My old computer is used for downloading but it so slow with Windows XP.
I tried old Ubuntu(4.1) and DSL but they don't come with torrent and emule clients.
ps. should I use live cd or install the linux?
I think that torrent clients are more common with Linux so I am more interested in emule clones that come with the OS.

Most Linux distros come with a torrent client installed by default, usually either Transmisson or Deluge. Ubuntu and Mint come with Transmission.

Amule is in the Ubuntu repositories and can be installed via the usual methods; it's an emule clone.

If you're planning on using it more than just sporadically, install it. Less headaches and better performance.
