My employer decided that they were going to lock the stalls up at our workplace. The only way to take a crap is if you sign out for a key. The sheet has date name time and stall number.

This seems like a blatent breach of privacy and seems to me that it should be illegal.

Is it? Cause I cant find any laws in KY for it...

Sounds like somebody's been trashing the bathroom and they're trying to figure out who.

Is anybody about to quit?

You might have to check with HR about this. This does seem rather odd. I'm not sure of how legal it is, but I would certainly check with the powers that be as to why they feel the need to do this, as I would think it would be a waste of employee productivity to have get the key, sign for it, use the restroom, bring the key back and sign out.
