...dad calls the cops on me? he is an abusive addict/alcoholic. he does not like me because my girlfriend used to come stay the night when he would beat/verbally abuse her. so now decides he is going to call the cops on me every time she leaves the house(4 times last week, 2 times this week) he also told me he was going to do whatever it takes to put me in jail. i am 19 she is 17 and that's why he calls on me. out of all the times he has called ive only been with her once. and that was because he smacked her in the face.(i called the cops back on him and they told me that no crime has been committed at his house tonight)he has told the cops such things as " i drink alot, i am abusive" knowing its not true. it seems like he does anything to eliminate anybody who is a treat to his control. he did the same thing with her older sisters husband.

for those who are going to say something about statutory rape, the age to consent in my state is 16 with a man who is below the age of 30, and also if your under 16 the you can consent to somebody within four years of your birthday.
so all in all, my question is, is there a law against him constantly calling the cops? slander? harassment? anything? maybe a cease and desist order?
final question, he told her he was going to have a restraining order put against me just because he could.(now in delaware there is no such thing as a restraining order. How ever can he put a PFA(protection from abuse order) against me just because he is her legal guardian?
please no bogus answers. this is a very important issue and she there is a child being abused. any help would be greatly appriciated.
