Chinese, and not just the language, i think it's be very interesting to learn how to write it as well.
 
There's two:

Albanian my bf is albanian and i never knew about albanians until i met him and its right aross from italy but there sound and language sounds so powerful and strong i like it.

Moroccan there are very beautiful people there i also have a teacher whoes moraccan and she speaks it like a song.
 
I would love to learn Japanese. Their culture is so rich in tradition and has lasted for thousands of years. Their values are based on personal and family honor.
