Is there a healthy way to make apple cider vinegar taste less like Satan's butt crack?

So, I'm on a diet and I keep hearing that a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in a glass of water is great for you lymphatic system. But even diluted in water it tastes like athletes foot dipped in rancid pickle juice. I can barely stand it. Is there some way to make it taste bearable without adding sugar? (p.s.-I've already diluted it with 32 oz of water and its still really gross. I can drink it, but it just prolongs the suffering). Any suggestions would be super :)
