Is there a good worm food with these characteristics?

In an experiment for my Intro to Biological Research class, I need a nutritious worm food for Eisenia fetida or Eisnenia foetida earthworms.
***Since this is an experiment, I can't just use random scraps of food. I need to use the same food for all my worms regularly over many weeks***
I need food that I can get easily, preferably delivered, for reasons explained below. It must be nutritious and easy to control the level of moisture in it (dehydrated would be best).

The reason I want to have it delivered is that I don't own a car and there are no good grocery stores nearby. Otherwise I would buy fresh food, chop it up, and feed it to the worms. I would just use grass clippings and leaves but these probably will be lacking in some nutrients.

My experiment involves growth rates of earthworms in different moisture levels. Dehydrated food would make it easy to control it's water content.

So far, I've only been able to find one source in large enough quantities, but there are no reviews and it doesn't discuss nutrient content. http://www.carolina.com/product/living+organisms/animals/live+annelids/magic+worm+food%2C+24+oz.do?sortby=ourPicks

Any suggestions?
