Is there a free service offered by the City of Toronto that can test for mercury?

This service should be reliable, and can test for:
-mercury vapours in the air
-and mercury in household items such as bedsheets, pillowcases, etc...

IF YOU KNOW OF A SERVICE THAT IS NOT FREE, AND/OR THAT IS NOT PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF TORONTO, PLEASE STILL "ANSWER" THE QUESTION! :)
