All I'm trying to do is create a simple pdf document by scanning something to the computer. I thought I had Adobe Reader 9 (since the icon was on the computer) but its not allowing me to create a pdf without going online to do so. So I went online and downloaded it, but its doing the same thing.. Its almost as if I downloaded what I already had installed. I think its just the software without the essentials. Did I do something wrong in the downloading process? Or does it really have to be purchased?
