Is there a flash gun that can shoot flash paper more than one time?

Is there a flash gun that can shoot flash paper without me having to reload the flash paper every time I shoot? Like say for example be able to shoot 10 fire balls without having to reload the gun 10 times? Another example is the stage effect used in The Phantom of the Opera when The Phantom shoots fireballs from his staff/hand (depends on production) in Wandering Child / Bravo Monsieur
