Is there a flash cart for the Wii?

Whats a flash cart??? I know there are no flash drives for the Wii but most SD card work fine for the Wii (they even have Nintendo Brand SD cards).

Im going to get a Wii pretty soon and what I want to know if there is. Or something similar to a flash cart. If there is, please answer and give me a link to it!
