Is there a federal court case dealing with the amish and the use of orange...

...reflectors on their buggies? I am looking for a federal (not state) case involving an outcome (decision/opinion) on a violation of the 2nd amendment whereas the amish are required to display an orange reflective marker on their buggies. They claim it to be in violation of their rights. Apparently a final decision has been reached that affected all states. I just can't seem to find it anywhere. All I need is the court case name (blank v. blank).
They claim that the symbol is to worldly. They come from the Swartentruber sect which is very old school. They cannot own anything that has bright colors.

That's right, they aren't required to attach the reflectors to their buggies.
I dont know all the legalities about it, but there are a lot of Amish around here and they dont have to have the reflectors.
