Specifically, in which a girl/ maiden/ young maid/ what-have-you ties up the north wind (or a ghost) in a bag, because it was messing things up in her family's house/ shop.
Also there might be something about a doppelganger, but that's secondary.
I already know about the story of the "Bag of Winds," and that's close but not really what I'm after.
If you know about it, could you please tell me the title, or give me a link to where I could find it? Or if I'm just crazy and it doesn't exist at all, that works too.
