Is there a Empire/Civilization Building map for starcraft?

Hi, I'm trying to find a map where instead of building to defeat the other race, we both build up an empire first and then we send little armies to fight each other at a time? I kind of just want to play by myself vs the computer.
 
it costs quite a bit you may just want to get a new psp instead ill sell you mine for 50$ :)
