is there a danger while talking on a cell phone while in water?

if you drop it....there are water proof phones though, like the boulder

if you drop it or it gets wet, you'll need a new phone.. I doubt you will get electrocuted

Yeah -- you run the risk or completely wrecking your phone if you drop it in the water. As long as its not plugged into anything, though, it shouldn't really hurt you if that happens.
