Does a book naturally become a bestseller just because its author's name, agent, marketing, press release, etc.. or is there an "under the table" way through which those can easily make it, the rest never will have a hard time otherwise? It's unbelievable some books deemed bestsellers are actually of worstsellers' quality, no matter what NY times says!
