Is there a childrens poem/story that talks about someone being buried inside of a

bridge? When I was in grade school I thought i read a book with a bunch of grim fairy tales (possibly a Shel Silverstein book..but im not sure) Anyway, I vaguely remember a story about building a bridge and somehow one of the characters ends up dead and sealed up inside it. Does this sound familiar to anyone? thanks in advance
