Is there a cell phone company that allows for 7 people on one plan?

We are trying to get a family plan for cell phones, but so far, all the companies we've looked at allow about 5 people a plan. As a family of 7, this doesn't work out very well, cause we either have to get 2 family plans, 1 family plan and 2 individual plans, etc. Does anyone know of a company that will let someone get 7 people on a plan?
