Is there a car radio that lets you save 12 presets with just 6 buttons?

I want to replace my old radio but I want to keep the current method of saving presets. Basically, you can save 2 stations to every button, so if you hit a preset button once, you go to the first station, but if you hit it twice, you go to a second saved station. Do people still make these?
 
i think its a little different now. there is usually an FM button and if you hit it once there will be 6 different channels you have preset. Then if you press the fm button again there will be 6 more you have preset
