Is there a call block feature on Windows Mobile phones that blocks unwanted calls?

Is there a call block feature for windows mobile phones that blocks calls without sending the caller to your voicemail? is there a feature that tells the unwanted caller that his/her call/number has been blocked?? The company im with doesn't offer call blocking as a feature so thats why I wanted to know if there was some type of call blocking feature that does these things, Or could you tell me which mobile phones have this type of feature?
