Is there a big difference between Army and Navy?

As far as the housing accommodations

And just the lifestyle period

I always hear people say Air Force is the best
Then its the Navy
Then its the Army

Is there a big difference between Army and Navy

I cant really figure out the right way to ask this question but I hope you know what im trying to ask
I know the difference between land and sea

But my Navy recruiter told me that the Army just sets up a tent when they're deployed and when there not they sleep in one big room with about twenty beds
