Is the Yamaha PSR E413 good for a beginner?

I was looking at getting a musical keyboard so I can learn to play and I saw a good deal on the PSR E413 keyboard from Yamaha.

Basically I want to know if this is a good beginner keyboard
 
im not really sure but i dont think they are for beginners and maybe you shuld get those when you have a few years of experience of piano lessons. hope this helps
