Is the Yamaha Morphous suitable for taller riders, at about 6 feet tall and long legs?

I know that the Morphous scooter allows you to stretch out and sit far back on the seat but would it be good for a 6 foot tall rider who is mostly leg?
Also, it looks like the seat back rest would provide good back comfort, does it?
