If females earn an average of $0.50 more per hour and have worked there significantly less amount of time than males, and our job is exactly the same for everyone is that discrimination? I can prove this as well.
I have I have brought it up multiple times about how it is unfair that someone that has worked there for 6 months and I've worked there 3 years she asked for a raise and got it, and any other female that did so also got it, also vacation pay as well... there was a female who didn't get her raise and asked about for the vactation pay ( which she didnt quailfy for and they still paid her. The same thing happend to me where I was "Guaranteed" my vactation pay but when I got back from vactation they was like you don't quailfy for vacation pay... so your SOL. I told them I was going to boucne checks that I predated because I was guaranteed a weeks vacation.... I'm really upset I hate it... It makes me feel worthless they believe I'm an idiot which I am far from... I'm just so pissed off at this company there much more to the story as well.
