Is the university you go to for Postgrad more important than for Undergrad?

my friend today said that for jobs or whatever just in general the university you go to for posgrad is more important than the one you go to for undergrad

for ex. it would be better to go to Harvard or Cambridge for postgrad..than for undergrad....

your opinions?
